TERMS OF SERVCE
ONE. I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.TWO. BE PATIENT. do NOT spam me. I will reply when I need to and when I can, I am timely with responses, you will not wait days for a response but I do request and require that you give me more than a few hours to respond when I am busy. Failure to avoid spamming me may result in the cancellation of your commission. I am busy. Art is a hobby, not my full time job. Be patient.THREE. Artwork commissioned may be used by me for self-promotion including but not limited to public portfolios, media advertisement, social media posts, etc. NDA fees apply to commissions I can't use for self-promotion.FOUR. Commission-work is only to be used for personal non-commercial purposes unless discussed, fees may apply. Clients are completely entitled to reposting the artwork as they please with credit. (You don't need to credit me if sending it to friends unless asked, and for stickers theres no need to credit everytime they're used, just link my socials if someone asks!)FIVE. Refunds are available on a case by case basis entirely up to my own discretion. Refunds will not be provided at all if asked for after sketch is completed unless instigated by myself. (Case by case)
SIX. Payment is required upfront before work is started if you have never commissioned before, established clients may pay after sketch is completed. I take cashapp (preference), paypal, and zelleSEVEN. What I will and won't draw is not up for debate, this is to keep myself comfortable doing what I loveEIGHT. Turnaround time is usually rather short, within 1-2 weeks, sometimes a few days, but it may range to a few weeks, and no set time is guaranteed UNLESS deadline given upon commissioning. You may ask for expected completion date, but it does NOT mean a deadline unless otherwise stated. Rush fees are available upon request.NINE. NSFW commissions allowed but ONLY available to clients over the age of 18, NSFW portfolio can be available upon request.
